Group Travel Conference Sponsorship Opportunities:
- Conference Resource Directory Binder Tab ad $500 - this is a full page advertisement in our conference resource directory (high gloss binder tab).
- Speakers $500 – sponsor will get 5 minutes for promo and then will introduce the speaker.
- Bankers Lounge $500 – Lounge area set up nightly from 4:30 p.m - 6 p.m for bank group travel planners only to casually network and visit. Sponsor can decorate/theme as they wish and provide whatever other ‘goodies’ they would like for the planners.
- Refreshment Break $750 - food and beverage is included. Sponsor can decorate/theme as they wish.
- Hospitality Suite $500+ - Sponsor can decorate/theme as they wish. Beverage and snacks are not included and sponsors responsibility.
