To maintain your membership and continuation of all the healthy benefits your membership provides please complete and return the 2012 Membership Renewal. Your renewal includes a club/bank profile and your 2011 Travel Report.
Renewal options:
# 1. Complete your club/bank profile for 2012 and your 2011 Travel Report*. The $100 annual fee is waived when you report 15 or more travelers with any PTO during the 2011 travel year.
# 2. Complete your club/bank profile for 2012 and your 2011 Travel Report*. If you did not meet the 15 traveler minimum to waive the $100 annual fee, please include a $100 with your renewal.
*Please complete your Travel Report. We want to compile a list that represents our entire membership and their travel. All travel - with our PTOs and non-PTOs, day and extended trips. Didn't travel at all in 2011? Please let us know that as well by returning your 2011 Travel Report. Thank you!
