Larry Blake (Hills Bank and Trust – Hills, IA) retired after 41 years in banking at the end of June. Carol Kirkpatrick is now the club director.

George Aker, HCI president, completed his 5 year retirement transition and was honored, along with his wife Mary, for their tireless years of leadership and friendship.

- Flemming Tours has closed their office effective October 31, 2010 due to the retirement plans of the owner Bob Hoelscher. He has transferred all future business booked with Heritage Club banks to two companies that have formed out of Flemming Tours. They are Nomad Adventures co-owned by Susan Damon who was Flemming's contact with Heritage Clubs and Advance Tour and Travel owned by Kim Vance who represented Flemming Tours Branson trips. Both Nomad Adventures and AdVance Tour and Travel have guaranteed that all prices, policies, payments, etc. made with Flemming Tours will be honored by their companies.
Nomad Adventures has applied to become a Heritage Clubs Preferred Tour Operator (PTO) and AdVance Tour and Travel has applied to become a Niche Travel Partner (NTP). Both of these applications are under consideration now by Heritage Clubs International and we will notify the membership as soon as the approval/denial process has been completed.

Chanhassen Dinner Theatre, longtime Heritage Clubs Partner is under new management. CDT recognizes the value of our Heritage Club banks, many of which visit the theatre on a regular basis and have agreed to honor all Heritage Clubs deposits that have been made for future trips. In addition, any refunds that may have been due and are in the hands of the previous ownership will be honored as credit (dollar for dollar) on the next booking made at the theatre. Effective December 31, 2009 our dear friend Kathy Tripp is no longer employed at Ohio Legacy Bank and her program no longer in force. The sudden closure took Kathy by surprise and even though the news was a shock to her, she wants her HCI friends to know that she is trusting in God to take her in a new direction that will fulfill her.
Kathy shares with her HCI friends, "I have thoroughly enjoyed my association with HCI and the friendships I have developed over the years with the PTO partners, HCI management and most especially with all the wonderful directors - my friends - with whom I have shared so many headaches, heartaches, and fun over the past ten years!"
