Valerie Kelsey, Advisory Board Chair

As anticipated, the 2009 Peer Group was exhilarating, educational, entertaining, exhausting and one of the best weeks of my entire year!  A warm "Thank You" to everyone who made Peer Group so successful:

> Lafayette and Louisiana for providing a warm, colorful setting to meet, learn and explore
> Our Preferred Travel Operators, for supporting, educating and partnering with us as we all face the new challenges in the travel industry
>  Our Heritage Partners for a wonderful diverse Expo, full of information, new destinations and fresh ideas
>  George, Amy, and Ted for their many hours of planning and organizing
Peggy Matt and the Lafayette CVC
>  Sarah Gabehart and the staff at the Holiday Inn Lafayette for their extra efforts to make our visit so memorable

Rick Pharr (CTN Travels) and the Louisiana CVB's for a fantastic FAM
>  To Oklahoma City for a taste of what to expect for 2010!

And a special thank you to the advisory board and club directors in attendance for their participation and enthusiasm.  Don't forget to keep connected on Heritage Clubs Web site.

I am looking forward to next year!

Dear Bank Club Directors, PTOs, DMOs, Suppliers, and Louisiana hosts,

We thank one and all for the outstanding presentation of the Peer Group for 2009.  It takes the efforts of everyone to make this meeting so effective.  To Val and the Advisory Board, we enjoyed your leadership and great shared insight.  To Preferred Tour Operators, we thank you for your wonderful presentations, good fellowship, and ever present support in serving the needs of the Bank Club Directors.  To all suppliers, we couldn't do it without you.  The Expo was so informative, and gave us a multitude of destinations and products that our people will enjoy.  To Lafayette and Louisiana, we loved the great setting and early taste of Spring.  This even gave heart to folks from North Dakota that Spring will come.

Oklahoma City, we are looking forward to our meeting together in 2010.

Bank Club Directors, you are the reason for the gathering.  Thank you for coming, and bring your friends in 2010.

Regards,
George
