You must be a member in good standing in order to attend HCI events.  Memberships are good for a full year beginning October 1 and expire on September 30.

Here's how to join as a new member.  Complete and sign the Membership Application. Then either send it to Tina Goeske via email who will send you an electronic invoice to pay online, or mail it to us with your payment of the $350 joiners fee: PO Box 363, Waupaca, WI 54981.  Call if you have any questions: 952-835-6543.

If you are renewing your membership, you may be able to complete your renewal on-line.  Follow these instructions If you don't have your password, click the Forgot Password link and an email will be sent to you with simple instructions for resetting it. Once logged in, you will be able to renew your membership.  If you do not have an existing membership in the database even though you have had an HCI membership in the past, don't worry. It is likely that the membership has not been activated in the new database.  Simply contact Tina Goeske at 952-835-6543 to have it activated.  The annual renewal fee is $100, but may be waived by having 15 passengers travel with an HCI Preferred Tour Operator.

A PreFAM tour is offered each year for bank club directors.  
  • Education: In addition to the annual Peer Group Conference, Heritage Clubs members have come to expect the highest quality educational opportunities:
    • Fall Forum Training: This one-day seminar, held yearly in early November, focuses on one specific banking or travel topic with direct impact on the successful management and planning of a bank travel club. 
    • HCI's Certified Bank Club Director (CBCD) program recognizes members for their learning achievements and industry expertise in the industry. As a member of Heritage Clubs, you too can achieve the CBCD recognition.
    • Best Practice Tools: The tools created EXCLUSIVELY FOR HCI MEMBER USE have been the result of our Task Force committees' efforts or a Fall Forum seminar.  Through discussions at Peer Group and annual surveys, we identify the most pressing concerns of our club directors and assign Task Forces who spend 6 months each year developing solutions to these problems and prepare these resources to share with our members.  Access to these tools requires you to login as an HCI Member.
