The total registration cost is the Base fee plus the $650 charge for the Business Appointment Marketplace. Hotel is extra and charged per night, so you can stay as few or as many nights as you like.

2019 Peer Group Conference

The base conference fee of $885 includes conference programming (key note speakers, education sessions), materials, meals, and refreshment breaks. The Business Appointment Marketplace is an additional $650, but it is only charged to the first representative from each organization.

Preliminary Conference Schedule

HCI will reserve your hotel rooms. Just provide the requested information in the registration form on-line. We have a special rate of $95 plus tax/fees per night for our conference registrants.

We'll also arrange your transports between Omaha's Eppley Airfield (OMA) and the Embassy Suites Hotel La Vista. Just send us your flight itinerary once it is confirmed. It is a 20-minute drive from the airport to the hotel.

You won't want to miss the Business Appointment Marketplace. This is your time to shine! These are one-on-one appointments with every club director in attendance. They want to meet you as much as you want to meet them. The cost is $650.

Everyone is encouraged to participate in the Monday Sightseeing Tour. There is no charge for it, but you must register to participate. You will meet in the lobby at 7:50 am on March 11, 2019. The tour departs at 8 am and returns at 1 pm.

Please login prior to registering for Peer Group and select View Profile at the top of the page so you can ensure the information in your profile is correct. If anything needs to be changed, select Edit Profile, make the necessary updates and Save. When you do this, the information in the registration form will automatically populate with the correct information. If any information changes, just log back in and make the updates. This will ensure that the conference resource directory contains the most current information. You can also renew your membership while you're there. Just click the Renew button.
