Peer Group History

Members have consistently shared with us that Peer Group is the most important benefit of membership with HCI.  Our annual 5-day, 4 night educational conference brings Bank Club Directors and Travel Industry partners together to learn from and network with each other. Held in a new destination each year in February, what also makes this conference unique year after year is that it is focused on banking education, peer networking and travel planning. There is a PreFAM tour offered each year as well for bank club directors. 

Our members love getting together with each other at Peer Group. Whether you've never missed a conference or are attending your first one, you will feel like you're a welcomed member of an incredible family. You will love meeting people who "get" you and what you do at the bank. You will learn something new that helps you be a better club director. You will learn about new destinations and experiences that your club members will want to sign up for right away. You will connect with people who want to provide you with incredible tours. You will leave full of new ideas to engage your members and new friends to connect with throughout the year.
