The base conference fee ($605) includes 4 full days of conference programming (key note speakers, education sessions), materials, meals, and refreshment breaks. It does NOT include your hotel room or the BAM appointments.
If you would like to have HCI book your hotel stay at the Hyatt Place, just indicate this on the registration form. The room rate is $85+ 12% tax/night ($95.20), and you can stay for as many nights as you like.
One delegate from your company must stay all four nights. The PTO showcase and Business Appointment Marketplace (BAM) is an extra charge ($1750), but only one representative from each organization needs to pay it.
We are providing complimentary airport transfers for Bankers at the days/times below. If your flight schedule matches this, we will be happy to arrange a ride for you between the Quad Cities airport (MLI) and the Hyatt Place Hotel in East Moline, Illinois. Just send us your flight itinerary once it is confirmed. It is a 15-minute drive from the airport to the hotel. Complimentary airport transfers are available on the following schedule:
Sunday, February 20 - All day Monday, February 21- Until 11:30 am Friday, February 25 - Until 11:30 am
Everyone is encouraged to take part in the Sightseeing Tour. There is no charge for it, but you must register to participate. You will meet in the Hyatt Place lobby at 7:50 am on February 21, 2022. The tour departs at 8 am and returns at noon in time for the Opening Ceremonies and Lunch.
This year the conference schedule is quite different than it has been for the past several years. We have moved all of the PTO Showcases to Tuesday before the first Business Appointment Marketplace. You will have a single 40-minute presentation to all of the bankers at one time.

INSTRUCTIONS: Update your profile before completing registration
Please login prior to registering for Peer Group and select View Profile at the top of the page so you can ensure the information in your profile is correct. If anything needs to be changed, select Edit Profile, make the necessary updates and Save. When you do this, the information in the registration form will automatically populate with the correct information. If any information changes, just log back in and make the updates. This will ensure that the conference resource directory contains the most current information. You can also renew your membership while you're there. Just click the Renew button.
You must be a member in good standing to attend HCI events.
