Base fee:

Club Directors - Double Occupancy (Per Person) – $795.00
Both occupants must be registered for the conference in order to register as a Double Occupancy.
Club Directors - Single Occupancy – $995.00
Register as a Single Occupancy if you are rooming alone or have an unregistered guest, such as a spouse or child, sharing a room with you.

Conference Registration – Bank Club Directors

$995 – Single Occupancy
$795 per person – Double Occupancy

Four nights of lodging (February 23–26)

To qualify:

Register by October 31, 2025
Pay in full by January 5, 2026
Stay all 4 nights (Monday, February 23 – Thursday, February 26)
Keep all scheduled appointments*
*Shared appointments qualify for one rebate only

Hotel Reservations

HCI will reserve your hotel stay. Just provide your information on the registration form.
Your lodging for the four conference nights is included in your registration fee.

Need to stay an extra night?
We’ve secured a special rate of $159 plus tax/fees for conference attendees who need to arrive early or depart late.

Friday, February 27 – Travel Day

No programming is scheduled for Friday. Hotel checkout is by 11:00 PM.

Pre-Conference FAM Trip

We’re thrilled to offer a Pre-Conference Familiarization Trip from February 20–23, 2026, giving you a chance to explore even more of the region before the main event. While the final itinerary details will be provided shortly, this pre-fam will start in Richmond, go through Norfolk and end in Virginia Beach!

Spots are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, based on the order of your conference registration.

Review and edit your information if needed, then click Save.
Your updated details will automatically populate in the registration form.
If anything changes later, simply update your profile again to keep your directory listing current.
