2021 Peer Group Conference
We know how much you look forward to being together every year at Peer Group. We don't want to let this pandemic keep us from coming together in 2021, so we have decided to have our conference in a virtual format. This was not an easy decision, but we feel it is for the best because we value your safety and respect your budget constraints that Covid-19 has jeopardized this year.
We are extremely grateful for your registration and are hard at work planning another fabulous Peer Group to bring you the high quality education and networking experience that you have come to expect from HCI.
A virtual conference provides the unique opportunity to include someone who may not typically be able to attend the in-person conference. We hope you'll take advantage of it and encourage others in your organization to attend.
We will announce the full schedule soon, but rest assured that we will continue to have many of the sessions that you look forward to, including:
- 10-minute one-on-one buyer/supplier appointments (meetings will be scheduled prior to the conference)
- Virtual “Destination Showcases” by every HCI Preferred Tour Operator complete with destination imagery, video content, virtual tours, and other destination resources
- Networking and entertainment opportunities
- Speakers, educational sessions and online training opportunities
This year, Partners will have the opportunity to present a Travel Showcase. This is usually only offered to PTOs, but we know that you could really benefit from having extra time with Bankers to promote your destination or attraction.

You likely have many questions about Peer Group, especially if you have never attended before. We have prepared some FAQs to help. You can also reach out to HCI staff at 952-835-6543 or firstname.lastname@example.org.

Please login prior to registering for Peer Group and select View Profile at the top of the page so you can ensure the information in your profile is correct. If anything needs to be changed, select Edit Profile, make the necessary updates and Save. When you do this, the information in the registration form will automatically populate with the correct information. If any information changes, just log back in and make the updates. This will ensure that the conference resource directory contains the most current information. You can also renew your membership while you're there. Just click the Renew button.
